With a Middle Eastern inspired design, this lamp was created on the occasion of 3 important installations in Uzbekistan. Indeed the shape of this lamp can be found in the mosques of the city of Tashkent, it recalls the symbol of a drop of water. The Arabic term to indicate the word water is "Ma '", two syllables that contain all of its strength and positive energy.
In fact, water is the fundamental tool for creating life. Without every single drop this would not be possible. Water is also the undisputed protagonist of the oriental hammam, the Turkish baths that have spread and are very similar to the thermal baths of the Roman world.
They were considered not only the place linked to personal care and hygiene, but also the social and cultural meeting point. The well-being of the body was guaranteed through the passage from areas of warm water (bayt al-sukkhun) to areas with cold water (bayt al-barid) in order to stimulate the body.
This lamp, for this very reason, is perfect and of strong impact in all those spa and personal care environments as it strongly recalls the image of lightness.
